♥ How long will the delivery take?

Standard Shipping has resumed for certain countries. For the rest of the countries, only Express Shipping is available.

- Standard Shipping (15-35 days) (US$8- $22)

- Express (4-12 days) (US$23- $39)

 

♥ Standard shipping is available to which countries?

- United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Finland, Norway, Netherland, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine. For the other countries, only Express Shipping is available.

 

♥ Where is the products shipped from? 

All your orders are shipped from Hong Kong.


♥ Do you still ship worldwide ? 

Yes, we still ship to most countries during this pandemic. However shipping has been suspended for some countries (e.g Russia, India, Argentina), if you fail to choose your country during check out, that means our country has suspended shipping to your country.


♥ Shipping cost?

It varies depending on your location, weight of your order and shipping options. The price range can be quite large, it ranges from USD$8- USD$39. You can check your calculated shipping rate at check out page after entering your address.

 

 

♥ How long does it take to get my order ready to be shipped?

We're getting your order ready to be shipped in the shortest possible time (2-7 business days, longer time for handmade stuffs). We will notify you the tracking information when it is scheduled to be shipped. In the tracking link, it usually will show an expected delivery time, but it might not be accurate sometimes because this calculated version doesn't reflect real situation, it may eventually arrive later than the expected delivery date especially during the pandemic.

♥ How to track my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent to you via emails once your order is scheduled to be dispatched (usually 2-6 days after purchase), if you haven’t received the email it might have fallen into the junk email section therefore make sure you have checked it too. Then click “view my order”, after which, click on the tracking number and you will be able to see the shipment status. If it doesn’t work, copy and tracking number and track your order through https://www.17track.net/en


♥ Will my order get to me before [Specific Date/ Event] ? 

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee your order will arrive to you by a specific date, but we'll do our best to make sure it arrives asap!

 

We are shipping from Hong Kong, due to the COVID-19, shipping rate has changed, it depends on the destination and the weight of your orders, you can view your calculated shipping at the check out page . Express shipping service is available only to certain countries, but it is relatively expensive.
